German orders

Orders within Germany are shipped with DHL.

Prepayment / Bank transfer, Credit Card, Paypal

For orders within Germany only the following shipping costs apply:

We charge 4,95 Euros for orders within Germany.

Shipping costs are independent of the actual quantity of products ordered.

The final amount of shipping costs is clearly displayed during the order process.

Cash on delivery (C.O.D.)

For orders within Germany only:

We charge the following for C.O.D.:

For orders within Germany we charge 4,95 Euros.
+ C.O.D. Fee 4,00 Euros
= 8,95 Euros
These costs are for C.O.D. charge and the additional expenditure. (plus 2 Euro direct fee to mailman.)

The final amount of shipping costs with C.O.D. is clearly displayed during the order process.

Foreign orders

Foreign orders are shipped with either DHL or DPD.

Orders from other European countries are only possible via prepayment, credit card or paypal.

In order to lower our customer's bank fees we enter our IBAN in the acknowledgement of order, which allows free transfers within Europe.

Foreign orders packing and shipping fees:

For smaller products we charge 4,90 Euros and for larger items we charge 13,90 Euros.
